Our Ideal Location:
- Easy access from major routes such as
Barker Rd., Route 102, Route 7, or Route 41 etc.
- Close to field and forest, a natural environment
- Adequate parking for families and staff
Our Ideal Space:
- A naturally lit main room 1,200 + sq. ft.
for main classroom
- Two bathrooms
- Kitchen access
- A classroom sink (or ability to install)
- Smaller rooms for staff and meetings
- Safe walk-out access to fields, woods, creek/stream
- A large 2,000 sq. ft outdoor play space
most likely to be fenced in.
Currently, we are looking for a location where Little Moon’s Children’s House can be established. This page was created to reach out to our community for suggestions, tips, ideas that will perhaps lead us to our home.
A community hall perhaps, or property where the owner/organization would be open to sharing space or partnering with a small, community embedded, nonprofit, nature-based Montessori preschool.
We are genuinely open to all possibilities and looking to connect with those who feel inspired to help us in bringing Montessori-Nature education to our community's children and their families.
